Nature - Based Meditation, Mindfulness and Compassion 

The Green Frog is a little enterprise focused on growing more love in the world, by offering nature-based meditation, mindfulness and compassion classes, courses and events. 

You can come to meditate regularly, learn and practice mindfulness in various ways, and learn compassionate self-care and compassion for all in evidence-based courses.

As much as possible, activities are conducted in nature, because nature is a great healer.
