Join us for a guided, mindful, sensory, nature connection experience of forest bathing. Based on the Japanese principle of Shinrin Yoku.
We like to call these Forest Wanders.
Forest Bathing takes you on a slow,
intentional stroll with nature.

Using focused activities, you are facilitated to awaken your senses, deepen your connection
to the natural environment, and to awaken
your sense of awe and wander.

You may just be surprised by the messages
that nature is holding for you.​

Who: Anyone interested in experiencing a deeper connection with nature
and the joy and peace that brings. Anyone wishing to reduce stress levels.
It is our intention to hold child specific wanders in the future, but at the
moment we are sorry, but these forest wanders are
not suitable for young children.

Cost: $40 for 3 hours (min 4 people)
$150 for a private walk with 1-3 people

What to wear: Closed in shoes. Hiking boots are not necessary as this is a wander, not a hike. Long sleeved shirts are recommended to avoid both sunburn and mosquitos.
​
What to bring: Sunscreen and insect repellent. You may also like to bring a mat to sit on the ground. This is not absolutely necessary.
​
Weather events: In the event of storms or dangerous weather we will cancel our walk with full refunds or reschedule but if it is raining, walks will go ahead. Rain can actually add to the experience!

What to expect: A deep sense of peace, an increase in gratitude and a feeling of wellbeing and hope.
