Basic rental rates
To qualify for our discounted rates you must be able to demonstrate you are a small for profit or not for profit organisation.
We reserve the right to decide if you qualify.
Hourly rates
$60 an hour or $45 Discounted
with a minimum of 2 hours

All bookings must factor in set up and clean up times.
​
If your event goes over time, extra time will be charged at the hourly rate. This includes clean up time.
​
An hourly rate is only possible on weekdays and when available

Tables, chairs, soft furnishings, plants and kitchenette included.
Half Day
A half day is 6 hours starting from anytime after 5am finishing no later then 9pm and must include set up and clean up time.

If your event goes over time the daily rate of $60 or $45 discounted will be charged. This includes clean up time.

Full Day
A full day is 12 hours starting from anytime after 5am finishing no later then 9pm and must include set up and clean up time.

Per Head
A per head charge is agreed on privately and is an option to discuss with us for regular events such as weekly classes when numbers can fluctuate

As we have such diverse activities occurring here at Forest Farm we are happy to discuss with you other options better suited to your business.
Included in the cost is a beautifully decorated space, kitchenette equipped to cater for 24 people, 26 chairs and 6 tables with full use of the grounds.

We require a 20% deposit to confirm your booking.
​
And to ensure things run smoothly and you feel comfortable we also require you to pop out in the week before you event to ensure we have everything you require ready and available for your booking.
